By accessing or using the WeBeLocal mobile application ("App") and website located at www.webelocal.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by WeBeLocal, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 5.1 Listing Content

If you create a business listing on our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to use any images, logos, or content you submit
• Your business complies with all applicable laws and regulations

5.2 Listing Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any business listing at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to publish any listing and may remove listings that violate these Terms or are otherwise objectionable.

5.3 Public Information

Business listings are publicly visible and may be indexed by search engines. You understand that information you submit in listings may be accessible to other users and the general public.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBELOCAL, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
